Overview
Organizations today are being held accountable for the behavior of their employees and supervisors. Harassment and discrimination continue to occur in many companies. Organizations must consistently communicate expectations of appropriate conduct with all employees. This workshop provides the education and awareness necessary to improve workplace conduct.
Workshop Objectives
 
 
Understand both the inclusive and exclusive behaviors that are common in the workplace.
Discuss a definition of workplace conduct and expectations for acceptable behaviors.
Review procedures for communicating and handling inappropriate behavior.
Examine the importance of effective communication, teamwork, mutual respect, and professionalism.
