FlashPoint's approach to planning is to help your organization build consensus among a variety of perspectives to move from strategic planning to strategic doing.
Strategic doing emphasizes the importance of generating strategic insights by assembling a variety of perspectives and then translating those ideas quickly into action plans.
The first step in FlashPoint's process is to explore ideas and gather information. In the next phase we provide focus to those ideas, turn them into practical initiatives
and clarify goals and priorities. We align resources, set milestones, and draft an action plan designating how goals will be accomplished, specifying exactly who does what and in what timeframe. We then create tools to help you execute the plan.
We will stay in constant communication with you as the plan moves forward in order to evaluate what is working and where it might be getting off course. Additionally, we'll define a dashboard or scorecard to evaluate how you will measure success.
