Before FlashPoint
While completing an internship as an industrial hygienist for IBM, Sean recognized his interest in the dynamics and complexities of organizations—an area he was able to pursue further when he began working for Indiana OSHA. As Sean’s career progressed and he joined Bank One, he became curious about the effects organizational life had on employees, particularly on the way they carried out their duties.
