For many, Rachel Alexander is the face and voice of FlashPoint. When you call our main line, she’s the one who most likely will answer. If you need to schedule a meeting with our executive team, it is she who will help you. And when you visit our office, more often than not she will be the first person to greet you. With her pleasant personality and relaxed nature, these are duties that Rachel performs well.
Beyond taking calls and greeting visitors, Rachel calmly keeps our office running smoothly on a daily basis, putting us in a better position to efficiently meet our clients’ needs. Her strong sense of organization allows her to support us in a variety of ways. In addition to providing executive and financial operations support, she assists the marketing and business development team, works with our consultants to prepare training materials, and helps with quality control. In all she does, Rachel serves as a positive ambassador and liaison to FlashPoint’s clients.
Before FlashPoint
Rachel began her career in the automotive industry, working first as a cashier and then advancing into executive support and assistant manager roles. At the Mike Raisor Automotive Group she helped facilitate a franchise acquisition, oversaw the renovation and opening of a new dealership, and helped manage the wholesale division for two multi-franchise dealerships in Frankfort, Indiana. Later, at Indianapolis’s Auto Sales and Service, she worked as an administrative assistant and assistant wholesaler, further developing the organizational and administration skills that she brings to FlashPoint.

Interesting Facts about Rachel
Rachel has spent an extensive amount of time in Belize, where she visits with friends and associates in the Cayo District, learning about the customs and interacting with the tribes of this diverse country.
She has a polymorphism in her MC1R receptor on chromosome 16, putting her in .01 percent of the world's population as a left-handed redhead.
Her other interests include cooking, hiking, Indiana history, genealogy, reading, and exploring her parents’ woods in south-central Indiana.
