Krista
Skidmore's human resource background includes experience
gained working with both publicly and privately
held companies as well as the government sector.
Prior to co-founding FlashPoint, Krista served as
vice president of a regional human resource and
training consulting firm. She has also worked with
an executive search firm assisting various companies
throughout the Midwest in the recruitment and placement
of human resource professionals. Throughout her
internal and external consulting career, she has
helped many clients develop and implement performance
improvement programs.
Krista's areas of expertise include building
human resource functions, strategic planning,
legal and corporate compliance, performance management,
compensation programs, and management training.
Krista has incorporated strategic initiatives
that have increased the effectiveness and efficiency
of many organizations. Krista earned a JD from
the Indiana University School of Law-Indianapolis
and a bachelor's degree in human resource management
and psychology from Anderson University. She is the immediate past
president of the Central Indiana Chapter of the
American Society for Training and Development
(CIASTD). Krista is a board member of the Arts
Council of Indianapolis and the Indiana Humanities
Council. |

Andrea
Cranfill, SPHR, Vice President |

Andrea Cranfill has an extensive human resource background and experience working in and consulting with a variety of organizations and industries. Andrea’s human resource experience includes positions at Eli Lilly and Company, SM&P Utility Resources, and Indianapolis Life Insurance Company. Previously, Andrea worked in higher education at Marian College. She earned an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University, a master’s degree in education from Indiana University, and a bachelor’s degree in economics and business administration from Hanover College. She is a former adjunct faculty member for the University of Indianapolis and Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis. Andrea is a board member of the Human Resource Association of Central Indiana (HRACI), the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra, and College Mentors for Kids; the chair of the FORTE Leadership Committee of the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra; and a member of the Rotary Club of Indianapolis and Indiana Chamber’s Employment Law Policy Committee. |

Denny
Darrow, Consultant |

Denny Darrow has spent 13 years in multi-discipline human resources, partnering with business leadership in the development and delivery of successful people strategies. His experience is in small, large, and multi-national public and private corporations, as well as government, and includes compensation, executive and management coaching, organizational development, HR systems implementation, asset integration, and worldwide HR management. Under his direction, the Indiana Department of Correction developed a new organization to deliver HR services that saved Indiana taxpayers over $1.5 million, for which he was awarded the Governor’s Public Service Achievement Award. At Thomson, Inc., Denny was responsible for all strategic and frontline HR operations for three business units in the Americas, and previously managed corporate HR and compensation programs for North America. His management of HR systems at every level has led business leadership to clearly measure and value the HR contributions to an organization. Denny is a member of WorldatWork, Compensation and Benefits Professionals of Indiana, and HRACI. He has a bachelor of science in institutional management from Purdue University and a Total Quality Management certificate from Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis. |

Hanlin, PHR, Consultant |

George
Hanlin has a strong background in project management
and communications. For eleven years he worked in
the publications division of the Indiana Historical
Society, where he helped edit and produce award-winning
periodicals and books. He has also worked at Macmillan
Publishing and in Ball Memorial Hospital's public-relations
department, has volunteered his editorial services
to organizations such as the Association of Indiana
Museums, and has freelanced for several businesses
and nonprofit organizations. George earned a Master
of Public Affairs from Indiana University-Indianapolis
with a concentration in nonprofit management and
bachelors of arts in journalism, Spanish, and history
from Indiana University-Bloomington. He is a member
of HRACI and volunteers for Meals on Wheels and
the Near East Side Community Organization. |

Helen
Huber, Marketing Manager |

Helen Huber has experience in a variety of companies and industries, from a financial public relations firm to Williams-Sonoma’s corporate office and the not-for-profit Palo Alto Medical Foundation. Her background includes implementing and managing processes, conducting research, performing financial analysis, and coordinating a range of projects. As the marketing manager for FlashPoint, she is responsible for developing and implementing the company’s marketing strategy and related tactics. She earned an MBA in marketing from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University-Bloomington and a bachelor of arts in sociology from the University of California at Berkeley. She is the programming chair for the Indianapolis chapter of the Business Marketing Association and a volunteer for the American Heart Association’s Go Red for Women Luncheon Executive Leadership Team.

Jeremy King, Business Development Manager |

Jeremy King’s human resource experience, primarily in training and development, spans over ten years. He began his career in recruiting and supported various organizations in a seven-state territory. He also developed and launched a successful training and development service for PMI. For five years Jeremy managed 26.2 Dynamics, Inc., his own customized training and development firm, serving clients throughout the United States and in Canada and Mexico. He has worked with many groups ranging from entry-level employees to Fortune 500 executives. Jeremy has presented at various state conferences and Society for Human Resource Management chapters throughout Indiana, and he has facilitated training for several Indiana county leadership programs. His strong desire to help others fuels his passion for human resources. Jeremy holds a bachelor of science in management from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University-Indianapolis. He is a recipient of the City of Greenwood’s Outstanding Community Service Award. Jeremy is a member of the Kiwanis Club of Indianapolis, the Human Resource Association of Central Indiana, and the Central Indiana chapter of the American Society for Training and Development. He is a former Big Brothers Big Sisters mentor and is currently a committee member for Special Olympics Indiana. |

Andrea Moore has extensive experience as a human resource professional, focusing on the growth and development of individuals, work teams, and leaders. She began her career as a generalist and moved into the learning and performance-improvement function, managing a global team for an electronics distribution organization before joining FlashPoint. Her passion is supporting people and organizations to help them through challenges and accomplish their goals. Andrea has a master of science in human resource development and a bachelor of arts in psychology, both from Indiana State University. She was a pilot participant in the Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) program through the American Society for Training and Development. She is a Certified Empowerment Coach (CEC) through iPEC and is also certified in the facilitation of Franklin Covey's signature program The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People, in the facilitation of change-management programs through Price Pritchett, and in leadership development through Achieve Global. Andrea is the president-elect of CIASTD. She serves on the human resource development advisory board for the Indiana State University College of Technology, is the president of the board of Global Peace Initiatives, and volunteers for the Indy Hub, Girls Incorporated, and College Mentors for Kids. |

Sean
Woodard's work experience reaches across an array
of disciplines, fields, and industries. He has a
background
in instructional design, performance technology,
banking, and occupational health and safety, and
through his work with organizations such as IBM,
Indiana OSHA, and Bank One he has become familiar
with a range of corporate cultures and strategies.
He also provided task analysis, process analysis,
instructional design and development, and training
for Indiana University's PeopleSoft implementation
project. Sean's expertise is in the area of organizational
effectiveness, including process redesign, individual
and team performance improvement, and change management,
with a clear focus on aligning these with the strategic
and financial goals of an organization. Sean is
a Ph.D. candidate and received a master of science,
both in instructional systems technology, from Indiana
University-Bloomington. He earned a bachelor of
science in industrial hygiene and safety from Saint
Augustine's College and is a Distinguished Honor
Graduate of the United States Army Finance Corps.
Sean is a member of HRACI and CIASTD, and serves
on the board of the Music Wellness Initiative, Inc. |

Jeremy

Jeremy
York is experienced in human resources, communication,
training, and management. He served as a
human capital specialist at Golden Rule Insurance
Company where he was responsible for functions such
as employee relations, recruitment, training and
development, FMLA administration, and management
coaching. Jeremy also has managed corporate recruitment
and training programs and partnered with management
in assessing and developing division staffing and
training needs, instituting job-specific and management
training programs. He has a master of science in
management from Indiana Wesleyan University and
a bachelor of science in organizational leadership
and supervision from Purdue University. Jeremy is
an adjunct faculty member for the Department of
Organizational Leadership and Supervision at Indiana
University-Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI).
He is a member of HRACI and the Society for Human
Resource Management (SHRM). |
