For many people, Nita Brooks is the face and voice of FlashPoint. When you call our main line, she’s the one who most likely will answer. If you need to schedule a meeting with one of our principals, she will help. And when you visit our office, more often than not she’s the first person to greet you. With her pleasant personality and relaxed nature, these are functions that Nita performs well.
Nita keeps our office running smoothly on a daily basis by putting us in a better position to efficiently meet our clients’ needs. Her strong sense of organization and close attention to detail help her provide outstanding executive and administrative support. She manages many of our financial and internal operations, assists the business development team, helps our consultants prepare training materials, and participates in quality control. On top of it all, Nita is a positive ambassador and liaison to FlashPoint’s clients!
Before FlashPoint
Prior to FlashPoint, Nita worked in the environmental consulting business for more than seven years at two Indianapolis consulting firms: Supreme Environmental Service Company (Sesco) and August Mack. At August Mack she served as the department administrative manager, overseeing a group of administrative personnel, coordinating the activities of several college interns, managing the daily office activities, and organizing two office relocations in just three years.

- Nita completed courses in education at Adams State College and in fine arts at Missouri Valley College

Interesting Facts about Nita
- Nita spends most of her summers playing competitive women’s softball. Her team placed 5th out of 98 teams in the 2010 USSSA World Series.
- She enjoys spending time with her partner and three children—Davis, Jaxson, and Beckham—and teaching them her mad soccer skills. She is determined to see a Women’s Soccer World Cup game in person (ideally in Indianapolis), and she can be found yelling at the TV at 3:00 a.m., cheering on the U.S. women’s World Cup team!
- Nita is convinced she should be on the TV show Survivor, as she’s certain she could “outwit, outlast, and outplay” the competition.
