Regaining Control of Your Organization's Compensation Programs
Part 2: Six Steps You Can Take
As we approach midyear and signs point to an improving economy, now is an opportune time for you to assess your compensation programs, make adjustments for the rest of the year, and start planning for 2011.
In last month's issue of eFlash we discussed recent trends in compensation, especially around the areas of merit increases, incentives, and other rewards. In this, the second part of the article, we present guidelines on where you should focus your time for the rest of the year. In recommended sequential order, we outline six steps you should follow to regain control of your organization's compensation programs.
