Megan Crowley originally wanted to be an elementary teacher but had a change of heart in college. She fell in love first with psychology, then with business, and decided to pursue both in an industrial/ organizational psychology master’s program. She now applies her education and training at FlashPoint to investigate the root of organizational problems and the psychology behind employee behavior. She uses data and research to make decisions and propose solutions.
Megan offers our clients a unique perspective based on some of the newest research and techniques in her field. She assists with a wide variety of projects, including analyzing survey data, researching competencies, developing manager training programs, synthesizing benefits information, and more. Megan enjoys learning new skills, discussing new ideas, and sharing the knowledge she gains with others. One area in particular where she’s focused recent development efforts is the field of compensation, and she’s come to enjoy providing compensation support to our clients.
Before FlashPoint
Megan discovered her passion for HR after completing HR internships for Colonial Oaks Health and Rehab and for Vectren Corporation. She has advanced knowledge of research data and statistics, having served as a research assistant for two professors and as a graduate assistant in the Information Management and Institutional Research office at Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis.

Interesting Facts about Megan
- Megan has an extensive collection of St. Patrick’s Day decorations and items, partly because St. Patrick’s Day is her birthday but also because she simply loves the holiday. She will be taking her first trip to Ireland this year, thereby fulfilling one of her lifelong dreams.
- Every morning at work she eats cherry Pop-Tarts™ that she brings in her Pop-Tarts™ carrying case. She has big plans to visit Pop-Tarts™ World in New York someday.
- Megan enjoys baking treats for her colleagues and has decided that if HR consulting does not work out, she will simply open a bakery, perhaps in Europe.
