Twice a year, FlashPoint conducts The Leadership Challenge® Workshop, designed by nationally renowned authors Jim Kouzes and Barry Posner. The program is based on two decades of research and input from more than three million leaders.

The program includes three days of interactive training to explore the Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership®. Throughout the sessions, we review in detail the behaviors that support these practices.

FlashPoint makes the program a unique learning experience:

• Before the training, participants take an online leadership self-assessment and have the opportunity to ask up to 10 people of their choice to assess them anonymously. Participants will then use the assessment results over the three days to understand areas where they’re doing well and areas in which they can improve.
• A month after the program, participants each receive a one-on-one coaching session with one of our facilitators to gauge their progress with their action plans.

Through introspection and thought-provoking dialogue with other leaders, participants will complete the program feeling energized, inspired, and with a clear plan to take their leadership to the next level!
