With her wide range of human resource consulting experience, Julie Bingham is well equipped to develop creative solutions for FlashPoint’s clients. Julie has experience in all HR service areas, but she often specializes in total rewards, working with organizations to build customized compensation programs that help them meet their goals. Depending on their needs, she helps clients identify the key behaviors and outcomes that they want their compensation programs to drive and then works with them to develop an overall strategy; conducts comprehensive market analysis to establish competitive pay; determines what components they should include as part of their total rewards package (base pay, benefits, performance incentives, and so on); and builds the infrastructure to support these solutions. Julie follows up with extensive support and evaluation to make sure that clients implement and communicate their programs effectively and that they are achieving the desired goals.
Because Julie often ties her total rewards solutions to individual and organizational performance, an important component of her work is to make sure clients have strong performance management systems in place. As part of this effort, she collaborates with clients to determine the goals, values, and competencies upon which they will measure employees; helps them build and implement forms, software programs, and other measurement tools; works with them to define processes and procedures; and helps them develop training programs for managers and employees.
Julie has extensive experience developing effective HR policies and procedures; her knowledge of best practices, paired with her progressive thinking, allows her to collaborate in innovative and strategic ways. Her exceptional communication and interpersonal skills complement her ability to analyze and organize, making Julie a valuable resource for FlashPoint’s clients.
