In his role as business development manager, Jeremy King is often the first FlashPoint team member that people interact with. Jeremy works with organizations to identify their needs and discuss solutions, and he’s always talking with others, whether one-on-one in their offices, at trade shows, or at workshops. His sense of humor and passion for helping people make him ideal for this role!

Business development isn’t the only thing that keeps Jeremy busy at FlashPoint. He also builds and delivers training to clients and assists with other projects. Jeremy is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources and has worked for more than ten years in the industry, with experience starting and running his own training and development firm, so he is well-positioned to understand clients’ needs. He connects well with everyone from entry-level employees to Fortune 500 executives, which is why he’s so successful in both the classroom and the boardroom.

Before FlashPoint
Jeremy started his consulting career more than nine years ago when he developed a client training and development division for Personnel Management Inc. (PMI), a regional staffing and recruiting organization. He then started his own consulting firm, providing workplace learning opportunities for clients throughout North America. Although Jeremy’s primary experience is in training and development, he also has director-level experience in operations and sales in the staffing and recruiting industry.

Interesting Facts about Jeremy
Jeremy served in the U.S. Navy during Operation Southern Watch in the Persian Gulf.
He loves to entertain friends and family with his talent for impersonating voices; he has leveraged this talent to win $400 in karaoke contests.
He traveled to Canton, Ohio, in 2004 to see his lifelong hero, John Elway, inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame. Early in the weekend he met a woman who turned out to be Elway’s sister—and because of this chance encounter, Jeremy was able to meet Elway at a private party.
