Delegation and Time Management
Overview
Many managers feel as if there are not enough hours in the day. They’d like to accomplish more but feel they just don’t have the time. In this session, participants will learn an effective time-management approach to help them differentiate the important and urgent items. We will also discuss how participants’ unique styles impact their ability to effectively manage their teams and their own work responsibilities.

Set an action plan to get organized, manage stress, and set clear goals moving forward. |

Discuss the goals, benefits, and continuum of delegation; create a plan identifying specific items that participants can delegate in order to enhance effectiveness. |
