Overview
One of the most challenging aspects of management is dealing with difficult employee situations—both personal and work-related. This workshop will help participants understand possible causes of difficult employee behavior and develop skills in effectively coaching and counseling employees.
Workshop Objectives
 
 
Understand the primary causes of employee performance and behavioral problems, including negativity, work habits, and job performance.
Review strategies for ongoing coaching and feedback.
Learn effective communication techniques that will improve difficult employee situations in a fair and respectful manner with a focus on employee accountability.
Learn strategies for dealing with upset and abusive employees.
