Bill Mugavin has 25 years of performance improvement experience in the nonprofit, financial services, and pharmaceutical industries. His background includes operations management, training management, and international consulting. Having overseen $100 million portfolios and 1,500 employees across Asia, Europe, and the United States, Bill understands the demands of running a business.

Bill’s passion is helping FlashPoint clients achieve their business goals through results-oriented performance improvement initiatives. Business impact, strong partnerships, and execution excellence are his trademarks. Bill focuses his consulting in the areas of organizational development, workflow and process improvement, training design and delivery, management and leadership development, and coaching.

Before FlashPoint
Most recently Bill worked with CenterFirst Consulting. As a senior consultant, he worked with top-tier global organizations such as AstraZeneca, Pfizer, Bristol-Myers Squibb, and HSBC in the United Kingdom to improve process efficiencies, organizational design, leadership skills, and business results. Prior to CenterFirst, Bill was an executive with HSBC North America, where he managed training, customer service, collections, and other operational areas. His experience also includes business administration of a large nonprofit in southern California, where he developed comprehensive financial, risk mitigation, and human resource programs.
