About FlashPoint
Founded in 2002 by Krista Skidmore and Andrea Cranfill, FlashPoint is certified as a Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE) by the State of Indiana. We support clients with locations
around the country with a wide range of human resource
and management consulting needs.
In addition to serving our clients, we share our knowledge
and experience in other ways. As the human resource
function is increasingly becoming more strategically
essential to organizations, FlashPoint is especially
dedicated to assisting human resources professionals with
positioning themselves as strategic partners within their
businesses.
One of the ways in which we accomplish this is through
leading an annual human resource peer group.
We also regularly present on various HR and management
topics at regional and national conferences and association
meetings to raise awareness and educate leaders on current
issues and best practices.
