About FlashPoint
FlashPoint was founded in
2002 by Krista Skidmore and Andrea Cranfill. Our affiliation
with Barnes & Thornburg LLP enables us to tap into
the resources of one of the Midwest’s largest
law firms as needed. We support clients with locations
around the country with a wide range of human resource
and management consulting needs.
In addition to serving our clients, we share our knowledge
and experience in other ways. As the human resource
function is increasingly becoming more strategically
essential to organizations, FlashPoint is especially
dedicated to assisting human resources professionals
position themselves as strategic partners within their
businesses.
One of the ways in which we accomplish this is through
leading an annual human resource peer group.
The group meets monthly and helps human resource professionals
to develop competencies to improve strategic performance
on both personal and business levels, provides solutions
for some of their critical human resource issues, and
allows them to make more significant contributions to
their organizations.
We also regularly present on various HR and management
topics at regional and national conferences and association
meetings to raise awareness and educate leaders on current
issues and best practices.
